Mike Holman - Executive Director

Mike has been involved with BNI for over 7 years and was instrumental in setting up the BNI Lancashire region. After taking full control of BNI Lancashire in 2003 he later also became Executive Director of BNI South Pennines.

My passion is to see BNI members win significant business through their membership. I'm proud to be Executive Director of two very strong regions and am committed to grow and develop every Chapter I look after along with my team of Assistant Directors. Morgan Rothwell – D&M Creative Limited

Morgan joined BNI in March 2002 and is an active member of the Zeus Chapter in Accrington. His role is to advise BNI in relation to marketing activities and PR for chapters within our region. Morgan is also the Marketing Director and co-owner of D&M Creative Ltd. D&M Creative specialise in corporate identity, branding and design work. Morgan said that

Jonathan Bowman

Jonathan works for BBD Architecture and Project management and BNI has provided projects all over the UK, including office schemes, residential sites, as well as a windmill refurbishment. BNI has also provided BBD opportunities to design work in Morocco and Zambia.

Jonathan has been an active member of the Atlas chapter, based in Leyland, since he joined in 2003. Jonathan is also responsible for ensuring the members of the Invincible Chapter in Preston and the Neptune Chapter in Blackpool maximise the opportunities BNI presents. Jonathan is also a Captain in the Territorial Army.

Nicola Taylor - Ocean Property Consultants

Nicola joined BNI in October 2004 and is an active member of the Invincible Chapter in Preston City Centre. Nicola’s husband, David, joined BNI some 5 years ago, so it was an automatic transition for her to build her own business the proven BNI way. Nicola is the UK Sales Manager for Ocean Property Consultants, with the owner of the Company based in Spain personally conducting all “One 2 One” tours. Ocean Properties are the independent property agents you would recommend to a friend, who help people live the dream of investing in properties in Spain. The emphasis is always on what the client wants. BNI has brought quality, genuine referrals, and has opened doors that would remain shut otherwise.

Brian Whitehouse - Abraxas business Solutions Limited

Brian joined BNI in autumn 2001 and is an active member of the Terriers Chapter in Huddersfield. One of Brian's key activities as AD is to launch and support new core groups in the South Pennine area. Brian is also a Director of Abraxas Business Solutions Ltd who are Strategic Business Managers for companies in the UK and overseas. Abraxas provide support and original thinking for entrepreneurs particularly in the fields of franchising, overseas sourcing and carbon futures and credits. Brian indicated that he and his co-directors owe their success to introductions through BNI members to third party clients.

Carmen Parkinson

Martin Donaldson

Martin runs a successful Information & Communications Technology business covering the North West and also has customers in London. A large proportion of the success of his business is attributable to BNI and since he has taken up his Assistant Directors post he has experienced significant growth. BNI even enabled MCD Computer Services to acquire another IT business, adding 30% to his revenue overnight. Martin is a founder member of the Zeus Chapter and now looks after the highly successful Athena chapter based in Nelson that is now only looking for members by “invitation only”!

Nicky Acton

Nicky joined BNI in 2000 and has benefited significantly both in terms of business generation and personal development. Her drive and enthusiasm for BNI led her to become an Assistant Director in 2005 and she has since set up 2 chapters while working hard to develop one other plus the chapter she belongs to. Nicky can provide a wide range of print services through the company she works for - Frederick Law & Co, and is always happy to discuss your business needs. She is also qualified and experienced in a number of alternative health therapies and works as a course director for the College of Naturopathic & Complementary Medicine.
